The Safety Watch and Twig One enables locating indoors through proximity beacons and NFC tags. Combined within The OWL Portal, you will be able to see which floor, level or room people are on and how long they have been there.

The red rectangles are beacons. When a Twig One/Safety Watch enters this location it reports the name of the room into The OWL Portal. This enables you to identify who is where on site, both in an emergency and under normal operation.

Geo-Fencing Technology

At no extra cost, we provide geo-fencing technology within The OWL Portal. This allows you to create virtual geographical boundaries around a location that triggers with any device when a user enters or exits that boundary.2. RF Door Tags (short range device)Placed on relevant door frames, the door tag registers users movements at doorways with the sensor providing device identity and position reporting in real time within The OWL.. (Compatible with Twig)3. Twig Beacons Beacons are used where GPS is not reliable and other methods do not provide needed accuracy. Robust and ideal for demanding environments, the provide a 100 metre range (ideal for outdoors or large facilities). They are instantly operational. ATEX beacons are available for areas that need to be intrinsically safe and are in accordance with ATEX and DSEAR requirements.4. Bluetooth iBeaconsWith a range of up to 20 metres, beacons are placed on walls, vehicles and can be customised with specific names for areas, rooms, vehicles etc within The OWL, giving pin point accuracy for a lone workers location.
